Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to download a free download application. However, if you want to buy one (or more) application, your registration is mandatory. The following benefits through your MyQNAP account:

  • find the download links
  • benefit from free updates
  • register your contact information for future purchases
  • access to the private repo

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Lost your password?’ link on the ‘Account’ page.

Do you have coupons?

From time to time, we offer coupons for certain specific and punctual events (for example, Black Friday). Feel free to come back regularly.

Can I amend or cancel an application from my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an application. Please note, we’re unable to add an application to an existing order. If you need to make any amendments to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

What do I do if I think an application that I purchased from your site is faulty?

Simply contact us and we’ll look into this for you. When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number.

How do I add the repo to my NAS?

Open the management interface of your QNAP NAS, and then click App Center. Click on the gear to access the settings and click on “App Repository” then “Add“. Enter the URL https://www.myqnap.org/repo.xml
