If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date your billing address.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
Our third party payments are as follows: Stripe and PayPal. No payment information is stored on our servers, nor in those of the payment provider. Stripe and PayPal have all the highest level banking certifications.
We don’t issue refunds for digital products (application/package) once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend that you contact us for assistance if you have any problems receiving or downloading our products. Of course, in some specific cases, it is possible to get a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and transmitted directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
