User media is stored outside the package, by default in: /share/Public/Immich

Configuration is stored in:

Existing user configuration is preserved during updates.
A key fix is applied for video previews: some QNAP ffprobe builds return video/audio profile names like "High" or "Main", while Immich expects numeric values in PostgreSQL.
The package forces those profile fields to null, preventing metadata extraction failures and allowing video thumbnails to be generated.
Useful logs are located in: /opt/Immich/logs (to send in Discord Channel in case of issue)
