AllDebrid Downloader acts as a bridge between your browser, the AllDebrid API, and your NAS storage.
AES-256-GCM Encrypted API Key
Your AllDebrid API key never touches disk in plaintext. It’s encrypted with AES-256-GCM using your session secret as the key, with a random nonce on every save. Even if someone reads your config.json, they get nothing usable.).
HMAC-Signed Sessions
No in-memory session map. Every auth cookie is HMAC-SHA256 signed, survives server restarts, and cannot be forged without the secret.
Live Download Queue
Real-time progress polling every 3 seconds. Speed, ETA, progress bar, per-file status — all visible without a page refresh.
8 UI Languages
English, French, German, Spanish, Polish, Chinese, Japanese, and Portuguese. Language follows a persistent cookie, switchable from the nav bar.
Path Traversal Protection
SafeFilename() and SafeDestPath() sanitise every download. Filenames are cleaned at task creation and again inside the goroutine.
Levelled Logging
Debug / Info / Error / Off. Optional file output. Runtime-reconfigurable — change the level live without a restart.
